Sky, they can do customer service, just replaced my HD box, again...... free. It pays to be nice to the contact centre advisers :-)
I called them on Sunday morning, they set an appointment date / time, arrived when expected and sorted. No fuss, no hassle. I wish all customer services could be like this.

My next encounter with Sky customer services resulted in me disconnecting my service. The adviser called my a liar and well to cut a long story short I cut my contact with Sky and moved everything to cable (TV x 3, Phone x2, Broadband). Customer Services do make a difference!!!
